Washington Park is your one-time destination for including the large array of gourmet food trucks in Newark.  Washington Park is changing conversation regarding  quality food, whether that be prepared food from trucks, or the best ingredients for your home dinning needs.  New this year, is to split the two Wednesday weekly events, with the lunchtime music festival (11;30am- 2:30pm) and after the music featuriung the farmers market (3:00pm – 7:00pm),  so that neighboring residences too can benefit from fresh produce, after work. Washington is now the longest hour market in  Newark.

W@W will continue to offer additional programming, opening spaces for artist in the park, a cooking show, and concluding the evening with after work yoga.  Additionally starting in July, Friday programming and events will take place in Washington Park.

And of course, not to forget our annual corporate 5k run, where 1000’s run from Washington Park to Lincoln Park and back.

Make a plan to include Washington Park on your summer destination list.      We will keep you posted of new program, planned in the future.
