Developer Baye Adofo-Wilson's latest project in Newark is a "green," a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified collection of affordable one-, two- and three-bedroom rentals produced, in part, with local labor trained in sustainable energy - 66 homes at four locations in the Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District in Newark.
