Congratulations goes out to the Red Bulls who’s win against the D.C. United in the second leg of the semi-final now move on to the MLS Eastern Conference Finals (advancing past D.C. United, 2-0 on aggregate). They’ll face Columbus Crew SC next.

Sixty regular-season points. Franchise record.

Thirteen home wins. Franchise record.

Fifty career wins and 28 shutouts by goalkeeper Luis Robles. Both franchise records.

Fourteen assists in one season by midfielder Sacha Kljestan. Tied a franchise record.

It’s been that sort of season for the Red Bulls. Despite taking on a new identity in 2015, the team claimed the coveted Supporters’ Shield, awarded to the MLS club with the best regular-season record.
