For last couple of months Brick City Development Corporation has been working on Commercial Kitchen concept. Commercial Kitchen is a professionally equipped kitchen which food entrepreneurs can rent on a part-time basis. To introduce this concept to the food entrepreneurs, BCDC is hosting two seminars.

Due to the snow storm, the first seminar is re-scheduled for Thursday January 24, 2014, 6pm-8pm at NRBP (744 Broad Street) and second seminar is scheduled for February 4, 2014, 6pm-8pm at Greater Newark Conservancy (32 Prince Street).

First seminar will be introductory session where entrepreneurs will learn about different procedure that they need to go through to work on a commercial kitchen. In the second seminar, entrepreneurs will bring sample of food that they are planning to develop.

The best food will get prize as well.
